Use this column to extend the height of the Anchor.

We recommend keeping 1 cm of the Anchor above the ground for a few important reasons:

  • It prevents the moss from touching the soil, which can lead to rot.
  • All parts are made of biodegradable PLA. Warm and moist soil accelerates the composting process. Thin elements of the modules, when completely surrounded by soil, degrade quickly and lose their structural integrity.

FAQ

How long does delivery take?

We produce our products on demand, which means we need some time to prepare your order. The average production time is 2 days. In some cases, it may be less, as we have some frequently bought items in stock. For larger orders or during high demand, it may take longer. We are constantly expanding our production capabilities to meet growing demand. The average delivery time within Europe is 4 business days. So, expect to receive your items 6-8 days after placing your order.

I want mose pole in custom color. Can you make it?

You can order any of our products in absolutely any color. Send us message, and we will select and order the necessary material for you. However, note that if we do not have the material in the desired color readily available, the order fulfillment time may increase.

What care recommendations do you have for moss?

Regularly moisturize sphagnum. Our drip feeder can help distribute moisture evenly throughout the moss pole. Avoid overwatering the plant and keep it in a well-lit area to stimulate growth.

Can I reuse the moss pole?

Since everything can be easily disassembled without tools, you just need to be careful to remove any traces of old organic material that might contaminate your new plant. We recommend using warm (NOT hot) water with mild dish soap to wipe down the plastic parts.

How eco-friendly are your moss poles?

Our moss poles, made using 3D printing with PLA plastic, offer an eco-friendly option as PLA (polylactic acid) is a biodegradable material derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugarcane. This makes our products more environmentally preferable compared to traditional petroleum-based plastics. We are committed to minimizing the environmental footprint at every production stage of our moss poles, from material selection to packaging and delivery, to provide the most sustainable and eco-friendly solution for our customers.
